The house is functional and cozy, integrating the rustic and modern styles, and is located between the municipalities of Farroupilha, Carlos Barbosa and Bento Gonçalves/RS. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite. There is a social bathroom and a toilet. The full kitchen is integrated into the living/dining room, which is very wide, illuminated and airy. All environments are air-conditioned. There is a fireplace in the living room and an outdoor pool (heated with solar panels) TV with various channels in the living/dining room.

With 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, table with 16 seats, 2 comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms (on the balcony) and a museum. We have TV and Wi-Fi, but the best thing here is to connect with nature and your loved ones. It is the typical house of the Italian colony.
