Please note that 1-2/26 on weekdays may be a quiet renovation sound from 07-17 (renovation at the other end of the house, not in this apartment, not even in the same building). 3-4/26 renovation is in the adjacent building, so the noise is greater. Water outage possible on weekdays. No noise nuisance on weekends.

This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!
