House vacation rentals in Bolonia

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Photos do not do the Villa justice. Everything was clean and spacious. The garden was lovely and we cooked BBQ in the bbq pit at the back of the garden. Pool was lovely especially as it was very hot when we came. The rooms were great sizes and we used the kitchen a lot which was very modern. There was also lots of utensils to use for when we BBQ. It also wasn’t far from local shops and restaurants. Andres was amazing at coming back to us and was great on Whats App. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault the place. We were visiting due to the fact we were getting married nearby later in the week and wanted to relax and we definately did. Thank you Andres and thanks for the champagne!!!

We had an amazing two-week stay at this beautiful guesthouse with our 1.5-year-old son. The location is exactly as depicted in the photos, offering breathtaking views and a serene, private escape. The guesthouse was well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including handy plastic containers for taking snacks to the beach or on sightseeing trips. While there is no microwave, the small oven was perfect for warming up food or cooking meals. One challenge was dealing with mosquitoes, so we had to stock up on supplies from the nearest supermarket to keep them away. However, this didn’t detract from our overall experience. Our host, Ute, was incredibly helpful and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An added bonus was that the property is also a winery, and their rosé was perfect for enjoying in the summer heat!

Epic! The most beautiful space in this entire city. Every room was full of charm and Spanish glamour and character. The house was clean, the ambiance calming, and the location prime. The rooms, the garden, the pool, everything was absolutely stunning. Carlos was beyond helpful, is an amazing cook, and did everything in his power to make sure we had what we needed for our stay (he is also an AMAZING cook). Jose Maria was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. There really are not enough characters to describe the absolute perfection that is this home. All that I can say is that we will 100% be returning.

The Tarifa Cozy House hosts were proactive engaging/communicating to ensure smooth check-in/-out, also ongoing during our stay, and very response to any questions we had. The house is very nicely refurbished and in overall very good condition. The pictures reflect the actual rooms very well. We were 7 adults and comfortably had space - the open kitchen and island-table/seating was a great center piece to meet or eat at, while being able to engage/chat with others. The location is convenient enough to walk to the old town shopping and restaurants…actually welcomed the extra steps after dinners. There is some nearby construction (apt-build) but as we were out for most of the day anyway this was not of too much concern for us. Only very minor issues which we addressed to the host and they responded to positively immediately. Felt well looked after during our stay and would recommend any time again.

Eine großartige Unterkunft im traditionell spanisch-rustikalem Stil. Achim ist ein toller deutscher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung steht und sich um das Wohlergehen der Gäste kümmert. Die Unterkunft war beim Check-In absolut sauber. Auf der Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick morgens zu frühstücken oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang zu grillen, war großartig. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich nahe dem Marktplatz mit diversen Restaurants und Geschäften. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze sind ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, das Be- und Entladen ist vor der Unterkunft möglich.

Magnifique maison de ville décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous. La communication avec l’hôte a été très fluide et réactive. Merci encore à Idriss. Le petit déjeuner, très correct, a été un peu un peu déceptif par rapport à la prestation générale, mais il est en extra et donc non obligatoire. Un très beau point de chute sur Tanger !

Lovely apartment. Oliver and Patricia are the most wonderful hosts. Kitchen was quite complete. The outdoor patio was a lovely place to sit and relax. With the windows open you get a nice breeze, but keep in mind no air-conditioning, which may be an issue for some. Facinas is a nice place to base yourself while exploring Tarifa. I highly recommend going to Bolonia, Baela Claudia and our favourite was Vejer de la Frontera. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin and whale watching tour. Thank you to Oliver and Patricia for a wonderful stay!

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

Wir haben in der Unterkunft von Jonas eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Ausstattung war super. Im Vorfeld erhielten wir schon viele Informationen und bei einem Telefonat wurde nochmals alles besprochen. Man erreicht viele Strände und Orte innerhalb kurzer Zeit und Vejer de la Frontera selbst ist wunderschön.

The property is very special, the feeling of waking up in the morning and seeing the sunrise of the hills brings and enormous sense of peace, everything is modern and as described. Location wise, there is a plethora of wonderful beaches and seaside towns within a very short drive, as well Cadiz for more of a city experience. In short, highly recommended!

Estancia impecable en la casa. Muy bien ubicada, con todos los servicios que estaban descritos, super limpia al llegar. El anfitrión muy pendiente y respondía a toda velocidad, encantadores. Ubicación tranquila y cómoda y una terraza estupenda para hacer una barbacoa o cenar al aire libre. Muy recomendable en general

A very cute old renovated country house with attractive original features in floor tiles, wooden beams etc. The location is perfect nestled into the hill side surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea and other flowering plants and tall trees and less than 10 minutes walk down to the main road and across it to the sea. Local walking routes right from the house and sea views from the ample terrace with comfy terrace furniture to lounge on. Aitor was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, always willing to help and provide anything we needed. It was a well equipped house, comfy beds and with many little details provided. It was a great 3 night stay!!

Die Unterkunft in El Palmar ist mega Schön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs und haben es sehr im Tiny House sehr genossen. Alles ist picobello sauber und praktisch. Von der Veranda hast du freie Sicht und hörst das Meer rauschen. Was willst du mehr?

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles entsprach genau den Fotos in der Anzeige – sauber, ordentlich und genauso eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Es gab keinerlei böse Überraschungen, was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle Reaktion des Gastgebers: Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde noch am selben Tag behoben, und der Kontakt war dabei stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Die Lage war ebenfalls praktisch, und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Karen's house is stunning - it made us feel right at home! Sofia was the kindest lady, meeting us to give us the keys and show us around. Everything is super clean, it is cold right now and we appreciated the wood burner and extra blankets! We wanted to spoil ourselves a bit while we got the old dogs docs for Morocco. This is a well positioned, well equipped, lovely place to stay. Thank you!!!!

Spędziłem tutaj niesamowity czas. Dom jest stylowo urządzony i niezwykle komfortowy, ale największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie ogród. Jest przepiękny, idealnie utrzymany i oferuje niesamowitą przestrzeń do odpoczynku. To prawdziwa oaza spokoju, gdzie można się całkowicie zrelaksować i naładować baterie. Polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka luksusowego i spokojnego zakwaterowania, z wyjątkowym ogrodem do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu! La casa de Concha es preciosa, no le falta detalle. Una casita decorada con muy buen gusto. La tranquilidad de la zona donde está ubicada es increíble. Muy cerca de supermercados y de fácil acceso para ir a los diferentes sitios que seguramente quieras visitar de la zona (Zahara, Tarifa, Conil, Vejer…) Tanto la atención de Concha como de Mari que es quien nos recibió para la entrega de llaves ha sido una maravilla! Nos encantaría volver! Gracias Concha!

La casa está genial, los anfitriones nos recibieron en persona y se mostraron muy atentos con nosotros. El apartamento estaba impecable y decorado con mucho gusto. Además está en el centro, se llega andando a los sitios más importantes y tiene un parking gratuito muy cerca. Inmejorable. Volveremos seguro

C'était notre 2e séjour chez Achim. Nous avions adoré notre premier séjour de 4 semaines l'année dernière alors il était certain que nous voulions y retourner cette année. La tranquillité des lieux, la vue spectaculaire depuis la piscine, la cuisine extérieure, le nouveau bain tourbillon et le confort de la petit maison nous ont séduits à nouveau. Nous y avons passé 5 semaines et nous ne voulions plus partir. Que ce soit pour un long ou court séjour et que vous cherchez la tranquillité comme nous c'est l'endroit idéal. À 15 minutes des plages, 10 minutes de Conil pour faire les courses, à moins de 15 minutes pour explorer Vejer. Laissez vous bercer par le son des chèvres et des oiseaux après une journée d'exploration. Achim est très réactif et s'assure que tout est soit parfait et Miguel le jardinier passe 2 fois semaine pour que tout soit nickel. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. On s'y sent comme chez nous :)

Het huis, het zwembad, de meer dan complete keuken en de locatie overstegen de verwachting. Ondanks dat het niet de goedkoopste locatie in Andalusië is was dit ons het meer dan waard. Wandelend naar het strand of een restaurant om de hoek, maar ook de belangrijke plaatsen waren op relatief korte afstand: Cádiz als bijzondere stad met haar eigen Golf van Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera met haar sherry, paarden en, als je geluk hebt, de feria de Jerez Maar ook Tarifa, the place to be, als je watersporter bent met aan de ene kant de Middelandse Zee en aan de andere kant de Atlantische Oceaan. Alles binnen handbereik. Communiceren met Aafke was heel prettig en vriendelijk. Veel tips en altijd antwoord op vragen die we hadden. Kortom: fantastisch! Deze plek, dit huis wil ik iedereen aanraden. Wij waren met vier volwassenen maar ook kinderen zullen zich hier goed vermaken!
