This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.
