The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with a gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

"Lilla huset" is located in Arbrå on the eastern side of the river Ljusnan. A detached house on our property where we also live. The house is carefully and charmingly renovated. Proximity to nature, 5-minute walk to swimming in Ljusnan, 20-minute walk to the city center, 15-minute walk to Arbrå swimming and sports hall, 10-minute drive to Orbaden spa and "Hälsingland's Riviera", 35-minute drive to Järvsö with skiing and cycling.
