A modern berendezésű, minden igényt kielégítő 75 m2-es galériás apartman, két hálószobával és egy hálótérrel, két fürdőszobával (egy sarokkádas és egy zuhanyfülkés), teljesen felszerelt amerikai konyhával és tágas nappalival, kiválóan alkalmas családok, baráti társaságok fogadására (maximum kapacitása 8 fő).
