Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Remote and secluded cottage on private terrain

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Peaceful and quiet vacation rental, for 6 people with large fireplace in the dining room (wood available), which can also be used as a barbecue. For bookings of 3 days or more, bed and bath linens are included and beds are made. Gîte at an equal distance (less than an hour's drive) from Mont Saint Michel and the landing beaches. Pets are allowed except cats.

We welcome you 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in the heart of the Normandy countryside between Rennes and Caen. This 110 m2 house is an outbuilding of the Château de Vassy in the heart of an estate of more than 2 hectares of land. You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

La Jolie Petite Maison cottage and large garden

Welcome to 'La Jolie Petite Maison' our charming, recently renovated 18th century cottage, set in half acre of garden with views of the hills. The garden has an allocated space for alfresco dining. We have a child friendly garden with an enclosed splash pool (open June to end of August) and patio area, play area with swings, a football net, and facilities to play badminton. *Please note the splash pool is not heated*

Located halfway between Caen and Mont-Saint-Michel, in the southwest of Calvados, you will stay in a magnificent granite house (called the Bleu de Vire) from 1832 (classified as 3* furnished tourism). You will have access to almost the entire house as well as its beautiful one hectare garden, wooded and quiet, ideal for nature lovers.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

Château des Boulais Suite

The Château des Boulais, whose oldest parts date back to the 16th century, is set in a flower-filled park with a view and is conveniently located for exploring both Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, visiting Granville, or enjoying the sea or the nearby golf courses.
