Week-end agréable Je recommande fortement Si vous cherchez calme et sérénité vous êtes au bon endroit. Aucun vis à vis vraiment très calme. Agréablement surprise car la localisation me faisait « peur » du sens où la zone es « quartier » mais finalement rien à dire de négatif Pour ce qu’il en état de l’état de l’appartement il est conforme aux photos et à la description. Très bel appartement Tout le confort est assuré Au plaisir d’y retourner lors de mes prochains séjours à Rouen 🙂🙂🙂🙏

Ich verbrachte 3 Wochen hier in Christine's Apartment um eine Sprachschule für Französisch zu besuchen. Die Treppe ist mit dem Koffer etwas eng, aber gut begehbar und gut beleuchtet. Das Apartment liegt im oberen Teil eines alten Hauses mit viel Charm, ist sehr schön und mit viel Flair eingerichtet. Die Küche auch mit Gewürzen, Salz, Pfeffer usw. sehr schön bestückt, es fehlt an nichts. Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Sofa, Tv und Tisch ordentlich und sauber. Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck und ebenso genügend Warm- Wasser. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Bett und separater Ankleide-Ecke. Das schlafen hier oben war sehr schön, die Nächte grundlegend sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Christine war hervorragend, innert kurzer Zeit hat sie jeweils geantwortet. Auch als im Im Dachgeschoss Vögel um 05.30 Lärm verursachten, hat Christine und ihr Mann sehr schnell reagiert und einen Dachdecker aufgeboten um die Eingänge zu schliessen, dies war sehr toll. Gute Empfehlung von mir.

Tout a été parfait pour nous: logement très pratique et très bien situé(pas loin à pied du centre historique de Rouen ). Excellent rapport qualité -prix!

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie and Thierry’s apartment. We were still jet lagged 4 days into our trip and their place offered a peaceful haven to rest while being close to everything. The double pane windows and black-out blinds allowed us to sleep in, and the apartment being on the first floor, it had remained pretty cool despite the very hot weather. We walked to the downtown in 10 minutes. Parking was a breeze!

We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

Excellent séjour dans cet agréable appartement. Propre, soigneusement décoré, calme et fonctionnel, literie très confortable, bref rien ne manquait. idéalement situé à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique. Nous recommandons.

Logement parfait et conforme à la description.

Le logement proposé par Vincent est super. Concernant la localisation, rien à dire, tout est accessible à pied : rue du gros horloge, la cathédrale de Rouen, de très bons restaurants à proximité, de très bonnes boulangeries, etc. On se sent également très bien dans l’appartement et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment. Attention toutefois à prendre en compte -si vous avez des valises- qu’il y a un escalier, cela peut être contraignant pour certaines personnes. En tout cas, je recommande ce logement, c’est un bon rapport qualité-prix avec un hôte très réactif et amical.

We had a pleasant stay at Ambre‘s place just for ine night. For that, it was perfect.

Florian was a great host who met us at the door to guide us in. He was very friendly and shared helpful local information. The apartment was great with a lovely peaceful courtyard. Great coffee from the machine provided. Shower could benefit from a shower curtain and soap.

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

c'est la deuxième fois que je viens et c'est toujours aussi pratique et sympa :)

Der Check-In war insgesamt unproblematisch. Die Lage war in Ordnung, das direkte Umfeld ist jedoch nicht sonderlich hübsch. Man ist allerdings in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum von Rouen, sodass dies kein Problem ist. Etwas schade war, dass nicht sonderlich gut geputzt war (Staub und Haare im Schrank, nicht gut gestaubsaugt). Einige Gegenstände in der Wohnung sind leicht beschädigt (Sprung im Spiegel, Handtuchhalter und Toilettenpapierhalter lose). Auch das Sofa ist mit 3 Leuten schon sehr eng. Aber insgesamt handelt es sich um eine sehr solide Unterkunft für ein paar Tage.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. L’hôte était parfait. Je recommande, ma compagne et moi avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mathieu (rien de mieux qu’une balnéo et un sauna lors d’un week end pluvieux !) Les + : Le petit guide avec les recommandations locales, la cheminée et les dosettes de café le matin ont été très appréciés !

Hôte sympa très réactif peut importe l’heure même en réservation tardive et le logement et incroyable je recommande

Hele mooie, goed verzorgde ruimte. Op prima loopafstand van het centrum, daardoor wel lekker rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op de heuvel.

Très beau logement, accessible en transport et en voiture. logement impeccable. nous avons passer un agréable moment avec ma femme.

Idéalement placé à côté d'une station d'échange routière, d'un centre commercial et d'un Intermarché. Le logement correspond parfaitement, et tous les équipements fonctionnaient (à l'exception d'un petit problème avec le sauna, vite réglé par Anthony). Dommage qu'il y ait eu un peu de délai de réponse par message (Anthony étant dans une autre zone horaire). En tout cas super rapport qualité-prix, je ne peux que recommander

Host was non-invasive but definitely wanted to make sure we had a great time. Very responsive. Location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station and to all of the cathedrals and free museums, restaurants, shopping all of it. It's located within a medieval building, within a medieval town which is so fun. Clean, contemporary, included everything. If they don't have it, you don't need it! We had a really nice time and this home was a big part of that experience.

logement très propre Le logement et grand bien pour accueillir une famille comme nous avec un bébé (il y a un lit bébé à disposition) sécurisé (juste les marche à faire attention quand on sort du jacuzzi pasque sa glisse et il y a pas de rambarde)
