We had a pleasant stay at Ambre‘s place just for ine night. For that, it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie and Thierry’s apartment. We were still jet lagged 4 days into our trip and their place offered a peaceful haven to rest while being close to everything. The double pane windows and black-out blinds allowed us to sleep in, and the apartment being on the first floor, it had remained pretty cool despite the very hot weather. We walked to the downtown in 10 minutes. Parking was a breeze!

The accommodation is clean and functional, and it is well located because it is close to bus lines to reach both the city center of Rouen and the universities. The services offered also allow you to cook, which is really nice. In addition, the accommodation is very well soundproofed and despite the presence of the road nearby, I did not hear the ballet of cars. In addition, the PassPass system offered by M&A Conciergerie is really useful and allows you to focus on all the rules to be adopted within the accommodation, which allows you to set a clear framework and quickly access information.

A spectacular accommodation, in a quiet area just outside Rouen, and ideal for visiting the area. Francoise is a spectacular and charming host. Apart from leaving us food details the day we arrived, he allowed us to park the car inside the property. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Claire's apartment. it is located in a quiet area very close to the main sights of Rouen. it is easily walkable to get to museums, restaurants and stores. Rouen is a very attractive and historic city, with plenty to do. The apartment is itself historic and very creatively decorated. I highly recommend Claire's Airbnb!

Check-in was hassle-free overall. The location was fine, but the immediate surroundings are not particularly pretty. However, you can get to the center of Rouen in 10 minutes by bus, so this is not a problem. It was a pity that it was not cleaned very well (dust and hair in the closet, not vacuumed well). Some items in the apartment are slightly damaged (crack in the mirror, towel holder and toilet paper holder loose). The sofa is also very tight with 3 people. But overall, it's a very solid place to stay for a few days.

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The stairs are a little narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. On the upper floor is the bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise at 5:30 am, Christine and her husband responded very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. Good recommendation from me.

Extremely qualitative apartment. Very secure residence even for cars. This is rare, but it must be recognized that the stay was even better than what the photos showed. Really nice apartment, I would come back without hesitation.

Amazing accommodation, everything matches the photos, large apartment. In the apartment we found everything we needed, even a first aid kit, which turned out to be relevant, because I hurt my leg, and we arrived on Saturday evening and the pharmacy was closed. We had a great time at Antoine and Maëlle’s place in Rouen. The place is perfect to explore Rouen, very close to multiple cafes and restaurants. We loved the local market and boulangerie nearby and all the sites like the Rouen cathedral were really close to walk to. The place was exactly like the photos and it was interesting to live in a stone vaulted cellar. Overall, we had a great stay!

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly resolved by Anthony). Too bad there was a little delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

This was a great place, so much space and so great for 5-6 people. Very clean! The beds were very comfortable and location was perfect. Jean-luc was very responsive and helpful.
