Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

Nous avons passés une excellente nuit, la literie est de très bonne qualité, l’endroit est très paisible et facile d’accès. Le parking privé et sécurisé est un vrai plus. Nous sommes venus pour la finale du PSG et nous avons apprécié d’être pas trop loin sans être au cœur de l’action et donc en sécurité totale. Merci à vous et allez Paris !!

Exactement ce que nous attendions. Logement très agréable,paisible,loin du tumulte de Paris pour se reposer le soir … Centre de Paris très facilement accessible. Logement très qualitatif,propre,bien équipé,on s’y sent comme à la maison qui plus est avec un parking souterrain… Accueil très agréable,hôte très réactif et attentif à votre bien être….et très honnête… On ne peut que recommander +++ Merci Hubert !

Saga's home was really the best getaway for my wife and I and our trip to France! Beautifully designed and decorated home. Loved the aesthetic. Saga was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay and was on top of communication when we arrived at the home and had trouble entering at first. Beautiful kitchen, great bathroom. Only one note about heat if you're traveling in summer, there was only one portable fan for the apartment, and we had a few severe heat warning days in a row. Being from the Midwest in the United States of America, we were not used to how hot it could potentially get without an A/C available to use. If we had one or two more fans to use, we would have been able to beat the heat, but it was hard cooling off for those few days. The location is also walkable, but on very hot days, the distance was a bit difficult. Besides that, the stay was comfortable and the neighborhood absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and we felt EXTREMELY safe during our stay!

정말 친절하고 정확한 응대에 감동했습니다. 숙소도 조용하고 휴식하기에 최고였고 지하철도 주요 관광지를 이용하기에 편리했습니다. 다만 차량을 이용할때는 정확한 위치를 파악할 필요가 있습니다. 이를 제외하면 모든게 완벽하고 편안한 숙소였고 투숙객의 편의를 숙박하는 내내 신경쓰고 케어해주는 호스트의 태도가 정말 인상적이었습다

Hana est une hôte formidable. Elle est réactive et a été flexible quant à notre arrivée et notre départ de l’appartement. L’appartement est grand et conforme aux photos . 3 belles chambres , un grand salon / salle à manger et une cuisine équipée avec une loggia ! L’appartement est moderne et n’est pas loin à pied du centre commercial Parly 2 (10mn) ou du petit Casino dans le centre-ville. La place de parking privé dans la résidence est un plus . Je recommande vivement et je reviendrais 👍🏻

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Très bel environnement en bordure de forêt au calme. Le superbe centre ville avec ses caneaux est accessible à pied, avec plusieurs belles randonnées, et châteaux à proximité. Appartement très bien équipé. Merci à Cyril pour ses conseils.

Beau logement, bien fini. Pas mal d'équipements à disposition. Emplacement calme et proche d'un centre sportif autant que du centre ville. On entend les gens vivre au dessus mais rien de très génânt.

Alexis a été un excellent hôte , répondant à toutes les préoccupations. L'appartement très propre et situé à proximité des différents centres d'intérêt et facile d'accès. Il correspond aux photos prises J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci Alexis

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Alexandre est très disponible pour ces hôtes . je pense que nous avons trouver notre pied a terre pour nos prochaines venue à Paris ! encore merci pour tout. je vous conseille ce logement a 3000% les yeux fermés .

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
