Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a nominal fee (electricity costs).
