Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Boedo

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires subway, markets, restaurants and nearby tourist spots. The place is very nice and the Host is very attentive. Super recommendable!

Great building great location

Whenever we travel to Buenos Aires we stay in Gabriela and Ignacio's apartment, always attentive and the accommodation is as shown in the photos. The area is quiet, family-friendly and close to several places. 100% recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

Happy with the stay! The loft is very comfortable and complete with everything we needed to cover daily life, cooking, washing clothes, resting, enjoying the divine garden that Emilia takes care of with great love. I enjoyed seeing my pet "Octavio" as I really took advantage of the space, super motivated with everything. We didn't want to leave!!! We'll be back

My husband and I stayed at Rafa's place for 6 nights. It was wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay. The place was beautiful, clean, and Rafa was a wonderful host. I would definitely stay there again.

Pablo and Florencia are excellent hosts in every way and their apartment is first class. With the metro station within 100 steps, the rest of the city is very easily reached. The apartment is spacious and very, very comfortable and really well equiped. The separate bedroom is great, the shower really powerful, lovely balcony, great cooking facilities (microwave, hob and oven) and laundry access in the basement is a real bonus. The balcony is shaded most of the day but sun lovers can enjoy the amazing roof top fully furnished (with shower) terrace on the roof. Mr Edgar also keeps the entrance, landings, lift etc seriously clean and shiny. Building security is excellent. I stayed here for 6 weeks and it was the perfect "base" - exactly as described in the listing and photos. This place, I reckon, offers twice as much for half the price as many others in Buenos Aires. I loved it and would return without hesitation.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Very nice house, comfortable to live in with children. It was located near the subway, practical! We liked the house very much.

Excellent accommodation in Palermo!

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Buenos Aires! San Telmo market is just down the road and if you are there on Sunday the flea market is literally right outside your door. The apartment was very roomy and very comfortable for 2 couples. Tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Grisel was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and even let us check in early. She helped to arrange car service to and from the airport. Prior to arriving she sent an incredibly detailed book on recommendations and suggestions for an easy trip. I would highly recommend booking Grisel's apartment!!
