Utku Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi.Her sorumuza anında yanıt verdi sağolsun..Onun dışında evin konumu büyüleyici desem abartmış olmam gece manzara harika geniş balkonda yemek çay kahve içmek çok keyifliydi.Sonuç olarak çocuklarım ve eşimle harika bir tatil geçirmemize olanak tanıdı bu ev..Önümüzdeki yıllarda yeniden burada konaklamayı umuyorum😊

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super Lage, sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Der Check-in mit Mustafa war sehr einfach, und er hat uns bei vielen Fragen geholfen.

Ece’s place it’s in the perfect location! We were 1 minutes blocked walking from the centre and 10 from the sea side. Locations it’s perfect! The house comfortable and quiet. Absolutely a must! Thank you

Güzel bir konaklamaydı manzara müthiş

Biz, Ağustos ayında 3 yetişkin, 1 çocuk -4 kişi- konakladık. Ev; sessiz sakin bir site içinde, nefis bir deniz ve günbatımı manzarasına sahip. Fotoğraflardan da görüleceği gibi oldukça yüksek bir konumda, temiz ve bakımlı. ihtiyacınız olan tüm temel gereçler mevcut ancak sürekli ev yemeği yapacaksanız belki ek olarak getirmeniz gereken mutfak malzemeleri olabilir. Ayrıca, ne kadar yakın olursa olsun markete veya plajlara ulaşmak için bir arabaya kesinlikle ihtiyacınız olacak. Evde klima yok ama tüm pencerelerde ve balkon kapısında sineklik var, böylece her yeri açarak esintiyi içeri alabilirsiniz. Balkonda oturacağınızı da düşünürsek, yine de sinekler için önlem almanız iyi olur. Havuz tek kelimelyle muhteşem! Tertemiz ve çok sakin. Gürültüden ve insan kalabalığından uzakta, kafa dinlemek isteyenler için biçilmiş kaftan. Sakine Hanım ve eşi Cihansever Bey ilk günden ayrılışımıza kadar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ev çok temiz bir şekilde teslim edildi, bir ailenin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği , kapalı terası ile daha da büyük bir alan sunan keyifli bir ev.

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

Ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi, kendine ait bir bahçesi vardı, oldukça huzurluydu ve temizdi. Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey vardı. Fatoş hanımın güzel tavsiyeleriyle huzurlu ve hoş bir konaklama oldu.

What a beautiful home. It’s in a complex with the local community which gives it a unique feel. Goksel met me outside the accommodation as it was late in the evening by the time I arrived from the airport. I already had instructions on how to enter the apartment but meeting me was so lovely. The apartment itself is pristine and furnished fabulously. The grounds are lovely and kept very well maintained. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all within an easy walking distance. I will definitely be booking here again as the hosts are so lovely and the area is a fantastic place to explore from.

Utku Beyin evi tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Herşeyden önce inanılmaz ilgili bir ev sahibiydi ve her an iletişim halindeydik. Ev çok kullanışlıydı. Mutfak eşyaları, banyo malzemeleri, nevresimler, havlular herşey tertemiz ve yeterli miktardaydı. Bütün beyaz eşyalar ( kahve makinesine kadar) eksiksizdi. Evin manzarası ayrıca inanılmaz. Bütün koy ayaklarınızın altında. Kendi evimizde gibi rahat ettiğimiz bir tatil oldu bizim için. Utku Beye ve ailesine çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Yine görüşücez :)

Gunsel and her daughter were such thoughtful and attentive hosts. Everything about the stay was smooth and welcoming – from clear communication to the little touches that made the place feel warm and cared for. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

I rented this Airbnb for my family. Ayça has been very helpful with answering all my questions and making sure the check-in would go smooth. My family loves it there.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

We spent a lovely couple of days in this apartment. It was comfortable for 5 of us. We particularly liked the warm welcome from our host, the wonderful vegetable garden, close proximity to the port and restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.
