Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. The annex has both its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, a smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. The Stenhuggermesterboligen is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, dining room, living room with 2 beds, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Apartment in the heart of Svaneke. The sea, the harbor (with bathing facilities), the square, the restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Please note that there is no stove and hood. But there are good restaurants and take-aways nearby. The rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and internet.
