The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

The courtyard is new, soon there will be photos! My place is close to the train station and also the center can be reached quickly. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, of course also for couples and business travelers. In addition to the apartment, we have a large property which can be used by arrangement. A car parking space is available in the courtyard under the carport (narrow access). Pets are not!!

We are two sisters who grew up in Bad Suderode and have already given vacationers and spa guests of the place information about excursion destinations in the area in our childhood days. Our little cottage is quietly located in the deciduous forest of the eastern Harz Mountains, on a hillside with a view of the countryside. It is minimalist, cozy, and offers everything you need after an active day. The Thale climbing area and bike park are within easy reach, and hiking trails start right outside the door. Afterwards, you can relax by the stove—indoors or outdoors—accompanied by the sound of the Bode River and birdsong in the morning.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. The approximately 60 m² apartment occupies the entire top floor of the two-family house in which it is located. Windows and views open in all four directions. Our comfortable modern furnished 65 m² apartment in Villa Bournville is centrally located in front of the entrance to the beautiful Bodetal. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The listed villa was restored and modernized with a lot of love for detail. The new and bright apartment offers every comfort and has a terrace.
