Vacation rentals with beach access in Bodden Town

Amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and right at home. We had some things come up while we were there and they were prompt is getting us the help we needed. I am so grateful for the great space and hospitality 💜

It was such a nice stay I had with my family. Joyceann was great and very responsive. The place was great with a nice view of the beach as being on the 3rd floor despite not right ocean front. In fact, it was better for privacy. It was spacious and everything was great. There is a dryer (and washer) although not well described. Joyceann took actions immediately for our needs upon request. Communication was great and always prompt. BTW, we loved snorkeling everyday, and there is a nice coral area out about 30-50 yards. Many boats come everyday for snorkelers. If you enjoy being relaxed without too much crowds, this place is a great option.

This was the first time I have stayed somewhere with a bed that was as good if not better than my own at home! The place was better than advertised. Jennie was a great host, extremely quick at responding and also very helpful with suggestions. The grill ran out of gas and the tank was replaced in just a short time. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Grand Cayman!

A very nice condo. Ceiling fans everywhere so that the AC did not have to be set very low. Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 nice pools a short stroll away. Plenty of parking. Close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nice restaurants. The beach is narrow but at that end of 7 mile beach, all of it is like that from storms. There is enough room to sit in the sand and go in the ocean unlike some nearby places that have a rocky beach. We would be happy to stay there again.

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

This is the second time we have booked Kayla's space and couldnt have been happier. She is very responsive and very helpful, will be using her lovely place for all of our guest who need to spend a few days in Grand Cayman!

This was our second stay at Nims Retreat, and it was just as awesome as the first! For price, location, and overall vibes, I recommend this location to any and all people that are looking for a worthwhile location to stay on Grand Cayman. Jesse is an amazing host !

First off I'd like to say that the views were spectacular! What a gorgeous location with snorkeling right off of your porch. It was very rocky so make sure you have water shoes. We enjoyed walking outside and watching the gorgeous sunsets every night but the mosquitoes do come out at dusk so bring your spray. The condo was just as described and very comfortable. We rented a car and never had a problem with parking. We couldn't figure out the Nespresso machine but there was a coffee pot and tea kettle so we were ok with that. Kitchen was well equipped but it's time for a few new pans. The pool was nice and the whole complex was very quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great place with attentive hosts and we would most definitely stay here again.

The location was quiet and safe. The kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed to cook any kind of meal. The only items needed were personal toiletries, all other cleaning supplies, bathroom tissues etc were provided. AC worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets and pillows. Would gladly return in future visits.

This was a great place to stay for 3 people! It is its own private house. We had just about everything we needed for our 6 night stay in West Bay. Comfy beds too!

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

Kate and Nick’s place was a beautiful, amazing place to spend our week in Cayman. Peaceful and just outside of the busy Seven Mile area, a short drive to great restaurants and shops. Very accommodating, our flight was delayed a day and Kate & Nick were kind enough to let us stay an additional day. I look forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

Isaac was an excellent host. He made sure we knew all about the house and that we had what we needed. He is a gentleman and the quality of the house reflects it. This is the best overall experience that I have had with a vacation home.

The house was great for our group of 9 adults. It was very relaxing and had a beautiful view. We lived the pool overlooking the ocean. We had an issue after check-in and Sonya, the property manager, was great. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled, even coming herself to the home at 9pm that night to take care of us. We loved that the home and beach were private. It was about a 25 minute drive to 7 mile beach and 25 minutes to Run Point (unless you get in weekday work traffic). There is a great grocery store and many good restaurants nearby as well. The kitchen and outdoor grill was great for cooking at the home as well. The beach is very natural and lots of sharp edges and sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you choose to venture out. We barely did, but took a catamaran cruise one day and spent another day at 7 mile beach. It was great and we would stay here again.

Our family had a great week at Kevin’s in Grand Cayman. Location is great, close to Georgetown and central for all our plans. Condo was very clean and had all the linens, towels and kitchen supplies we needed. Nice pool area. Beach isn’t the most swimable but nice for walking.

Loved having two Adirondack chairs on porch! Communication was fantastic as we needed a couple items that were part of the Airbnb and they were right on it and got it to us very quickly. The place was very clean, which is important to us. We met the housekeeper and she was an added bonus! She let us in and made us feel very comfortable to change as we got there early and we were able to get on the beach to enjoy the rest of our afternoon!!That was an extra top bonus! Loved having some great restaurants walkable. Though we had a car, we did taxi to a few places just because it was so hot and we were dressed up. Tillys was fabulous for sunset, Yoshi‘s across the street for amazing sushi and a great locals place down at Heritage Kitchen near cemetery Beach. It’s a little tiny hole in the wall, but incredible and amazing food and people! They were awesome! Definitely affordable but fresh and delicious.

This condo is a slice of heaven. From the moment you open the door you are greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and Seven Mile beach. The condo is very clean and has a breezy, beach feel throughout. The balcony overlooks the beach and a lovely grass area, with a romantic corner off to the side which is perfect for enjoying your favourite champagne and strawberries. The beach itself is pristine with lovely loungers (no plastic here). The water is crystal clear and while there are some rocky areas (which offer great snorkelling), you can walk smoothly into the ocean and immerse yourself for hours in the water. The condo grounds are beautiful kept, with tropical flowers and shrubbery. Jayne was a wonderful host and always quick to reply. Fosters grocery store and Jacques Scott liquor shop offered everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to returning to this Grand Cayman paradise.

This place is fantastic. Well appointed and plenty of space. Master bathroom has large tub. It has a deck and a view of the Caribbean Sea. We dove with Divetech located right downstairs and they were excellent. This is an ideal place to stay for diving. You can shore dive and snorkel the reef in front of the place. Would be perfect for a couple diving together, but large enough to fit a small family. It is not right next to the beach, but is a short drive from seven mile beach. You will want to rent a car if you stay here. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The owner was very friendly and responsive, responding to messages within minutes in many cases. Overall, a tremendous value. A+. I would definitely return.

Beautiful condo and beautiful grounds in complex on ocean. Very close to walking path to Camana Bay and walkable to grocery and other stores and restaurants. Host very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Dino's condo! It was very spacious and sparkling clean with excellent amenities. The location on the tranquil and beautiful North Side of Grand Cayman is ideal. The views from condo looking out to the ocean are stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable and having 2 large bathrooms that provided wonderful hot showers was especially appreciated. Check in is easy with a lock box and there is ample parking directly in front of the condo. Dino is an outstanding host who is easy to communicate with and makes every effort to insure you have a terrific stay in the condo and enjoy Grand Cayman. We had a fantastic experience staying in Dino's condo and definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Colin was an exceptional host. Our flight arriving got delayed a full day so Colin allowed us to extend our reservation to make up for our lost day of vacation. Very kind of him. The home was beautiful, provided everything you need and was very clean. We were not at all affected by the noise construction next door. I would highly recommend this property. Location is near alot of great restaurants and smb isnt far.

We had an amazing staycation at Suladdas apartment, it had everything that we were looking for and it was situated in an exceptional location, beach front, restaurants near by, easy access to main road and grocery stores, and the most important thing very clean. We’ll definitely recommend it to families that are looking for a place to stay at Cayman Islands 🇰🇾. We’ll come back soon 🫶🏼
