We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

A spontaneous decision from me to book this accommodation and everything worked out quickly and wonderfully. The communication was easy and straightforward. The apartment is beautifully decorated. The stay was completely pleasant. The apartment was excellently clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The new apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house is highly recommended. All amenities were available, there was even a terrace with a gas grill, in the kitchen there is a washing machine for longer stays and enough dishes and kitchen utensils are available. The apartment is very quiet and the terrace and bedroom are at the back. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back. Communication with Nicholas was very good and the answers always came quickly.

The four of us had a nice time over the weekend and enjoyed the house. The hosts were very friendly. We will be happy to book again!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated and was very very clean! Small touches such as drinks in the refrigerator made you feel immediately comfortable. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.
