Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Bochum

We stayed at the property for a weekend and were super satisfied. It was like a mini vacation. We were personally greeted with our dog and were allowed to use the beautifully landscaped garden. The apartment was very cool, which was a blessing at 30 degrees. Thanks for a great stay

We've stayed in Birgit's apartment a few times. We love the absolutely quiet location in a neighborhood with single-family homes. You can always find a parking space nearby. The apartment offers plenty of space for two people and has a large terrace overlooking Birgit's garden. It is located in the attic and can be reached via a (sometimes quite steep) staircase. Birgit is always available and helpful. When we go back to Dortmund, we definitely want to stay there again.

We were 6 girls and had a great and relaxed weekend at Eeva's! The place looked just like the photos and left nothing to be desired. The communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. Definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

The four of us had a nice time over the weekend and enjoyed the house. The hosts were very friendly. We will be happy to book again!

Despite the somewhat mixed weather, we had a great family weekend in Werdohl. The house offers plenty of activities inside, both for the little ones and the big ones (especially popular were the pool table and the sauna under the roof ....). The place is very clean and thanks to the various beautiful bathrooms, the stay is also very relaxing in this regard.

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

had an incredibly pleasant experience during our stay with Wolfgang. the space was great and there was enough space for 11 people. after our stay, we went bouldering at Avalonia, the Airbnb is at a very pleasant distance from this beautiful area. the communication with Wolfgang was also great, always quick response and very friendly. definitely recommended.

The interactions we had with Raj and Sonja before arrival really put me at ease. They're very nice and quick to respond to any question you have. The check-in was easy and very accomodating to any arrival time. Would definitely reccomend!

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The terrace is huge. Water, coffee and hot chocolate were provided to us. We lacked nothing. Patrick was a very friendly host. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. When I arrived at the accommodation, I did not have to wait long and Karim was there quickly and showed me everything and then handed me the keys. I was there for 3 days with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed the time together and felt very comfortable there because it was really a quiet place. The bedding was so cuddly, we slept very well. I can really recommend Karim's accommodation to everyone, and we will hopefully be back soon.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

Angelika and Volker are perfect hosts! We used the apartment as a base for different excursions and a concert visit. It is ideally located in downtown East and a lot within walking distance. There is a good baker and Edeka close by. We'd love to come back!!!

We booked the accommodation for two for a trade fair stay in Düsseldorf. Thanks to the key box, you are super flexible and the location above the forum is practical, as you can have a great breakfast there and get groceries. Because of the construction site, the parking situation was a bit stupid, but we always found something free. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, just because the whole building is carpeted, I suffered a little from my house dust allergy. Unfortunately, the sauna was also out of order. Conclusion: good accommodation for the price, we felt very well taken care of.
