Everything was excellent, they were always attentive to any situation and everything was very pleasant, the communication was very good.

The place is very nice and comfortable, easy access and very safe and the reception is very friendly, the only difference from the photos is that there was no furniture in the living room and the coffee maker filters were missing, otherwise everything was great, very clean, quiet, private and no noise.

The apartment's location is in a good area and was a nearby point to be able to get to the places I had to go. I was accompanied by older adults and it was easy for them as it has an elevator. Jorge was attentive to my stay and answered any questions I had.

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend the accommodation, the subdivision is super quiet and with the amenities of the Oxxo, gym, pool and lake, the view of the lake is super incredible, everything is very comfortable, Raul is always attentive to us and with very clear directions. It was a pleasure to have stayed at Nicté. Alejandro was an excellent host, flexible at check-in and check-out, we arrived early and left late at no cost. Excellent location very close to Anton Lizardo, there is an Oxxo inside the subdivision, inside the house there are very timely and necessary amenities and snacks at a fair price. Clean facilities, including the pool. We kept an eye out for the access codes to the subdivision and local recommendations. We'll be back soon.
