Everything was excellent, they were always attentive to any situation and everything was very pleasant, the communication was very good.

The place is very nice and comfortable, easy access and very safe and the reception is very friendly, the only difference from the photos is that there was no furniture in the living room and the coffee maker filters were missing, otherwise everything was great, very clean, quiet, private and no noise.

I was just looking for a place to sleep... but I open the host's profile and I thought I was watching a soap opera casting. Too handsome, buddy. 😑 I never saw him in person, but he answers quickly, directly, professionally. For a moment, I thought I was a host and also a customer service instructor. The house, impeccable. So clean it looked like it was newly built, the shower with the most pressure that fortnight without charging, everything is well done, you can tell that the guy is detail-oriented. The only "problem": that profile photo is a tough one. I'm not renting, I'm getting a slap of beauty + service. I closed my eyes and thought: Is it real? Or is it a 3D rendering of Airbnb? In short: everything was excellent. But next time, put a filter on that profile, because one comes to sleep, not to develop existential conflicts.

The apartment is very nice, clean, new and functional furniture, a spectacular view of the sea, safe, close to the beach, I loved it. The only bad thing is that they did not have mosquito nets to open the bathroom windows and get rid of the humidity and bad smells. If it has AC. The pool was not maintained, as it was dirty throughout our stay. And what I didn't like was that they pressured us to leave 1.30 hours before the departure time, for reasons of cleaning the place where we were.

The apartment's location is in a good area and was a nearby point to be able to get to the places I had to go. I was accompanied by older adults and it was easy for them as it has an elevator. Jorge was attentive to my stay and answered any questions I had.

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend the accommodation, the subdivision is super quiet and with the amenities of the Oxxo, gym, pool and lake, the view of the lake is super incredible, everything is very comfortable, Raul is always attentive to us and with very clear directions.
