what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

We only stayed one night at Ladi's, who was very nice and accommodating and with whom it was very easy to communicate; she even anticipated our possible questions and gave us valuable information about accessibility and parking nearby. The apartment is easy to access, pleasant; it is in a quiet residence and the proximity to a busy artery of Pantin is not annoying: it is quiet. Once you park the car, Pantin is a nice access point if you want to visit Paris and the canal (and the docks) of the Ourcq is 5 minutes away. That's lovely.

We had an amazing time. The accommodation is nice and tastefully decorated, we'll be back for sure. Jihane is very responsive and accommodating, she is always available.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

Despite a late booking on our part, Dayday made himself available. Very nice host, very clean accommodation with good equipment including the jacuzzi. I would recommend the place!!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.
