Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

Hiking nearby at Colonel Denning State Park, Audubon Hawk Watch, Opossum Lake and Little Buffalo State Park. Outdoor fire pit next to the creek and propane fire pit on the back porch for rainy days. PLEASE NOTE - the cabin is in the woods, you will encounter bugs and animals.

With plenty around to do, we are only 10 minutes from the nationally known, Port Royal Speedway. Close to state parks, ski resorts, fly fishing, hiking and kayaking. And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!

The McVeytown House house is located within walking distance of the Juniata River Access Area. Yoder Tourways Bus Garage is right across the street, in case you are scheduled for a tour! And with the railroad right close by you can watch the trains from the living room and also the front porch! There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third has a king bed.
