The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor, we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, and the bathroom in the back. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Even if the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me beforehand!!

The biggest bedroom has the bathroom in suit. The BASEMENT FLOOR there is a playing ground area and the exit to the garage.

Quiet accommodation to disconnect for couples or families with two children, guest house in a villa in northwest residential areas. Garden, swimming pool, and nearby natural areas for cycling or hiking. A few minutes' drive to Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin. Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-city center, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

The Pool Suite

Sending of identity card photography is required by the RB&B app. The Suite has a separate entrance. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (one above the other) 1 Full bathroom The porch of the casita is for private use by guests. The swimming pool is for community use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Bus 6 min and train 9 min walk Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

Well connected and with shopping malls nearby. It is a 4th floor apartment with an elevator, a large terrace with views, and air conditioning. Free parking for 2 cars in the same building.
