Historical Vintage Villa Within a Mountain and Castle

Rediscover mid-century modern aesthetics at this vintage inspired home. The residence features warm woods, contrasting textures and motifs, light hues, a floating staircase, a minimalist interior design approach, and rooftop views from the balcony to the castle and mountains. Located in the old town, nearby the church of Saint John, you will find the area quiet and silent, all you need to spend some relaxing days. Casa do Adro offers all the amenities of a new modern house, but with the retro/vintage touch and comfort. On the ground floor we have a fully vintage style equipped kitchen with dish washer, laundry, living room and service toilet. There is a big table where 8 people can comfortably sit for dinner, and where we daily serve breakfast with Regional fruit, home made jams, juice and locally bread. The living room offers a nice flat TV and sofa. You can go through 100 international channels, or simply rest or read a book, inside or outside on the terrace. The first floor has two rooms, both with double bed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and each room offers air conditioning and splendid views over the mountains and the castle of Porto de Mós. Guests will have access to the whole house. I have limited availability, even though I am reachable 24 hours on the phone and email. Whenever I can, and if my guests feel like, I enjoy a good chat and get to know people. Sharing experiences makes part of the Airbnb concept. The Villa do Adro is located in the historical area of Porto de Mós village. Guests can easily walk to places of interest such as Porto de Mós Castle, the town hall square, and the Serra de Aire and Candeeiros Natural Parks with great trails, caves and views. Parking is always available by the house. The walk to the Village takes 5 mins, and from there you can take buses to the main attractions (Nazaré, Leiria, Fátima, Batalha, etc). We will get in touch with the guests to arrange the check in.

Designed for leisure and to renew positive energies in the midst of the pure green nature of Serra d'Aire and Candeeiros. Located 5 km from the Marian Shrine of Fátima, the farm is very close to urbanization but completely inserted in a rural landscape away from the noises of civilization. The pool is large and great for playing with friends and family (there is no lifeguard).

Only gratitude, Sandra was very helpful, she picked me up and took me to the bus station. He taught me the easiest way to go downtown and the places I wanted to visit. Super friendly and amiable. The room was perfect, exactly what we needed! The area is secluded and private and has all the amenities you’d need, including a private bedroom and bathroom. Quinta da Fonte Riba is the ideal place for a quiet stay in the middle of nature. The room was in great condition, the pool area is very nice and the farm itself looks like a small village. In addition to all this, Fabrice and Marie are excellent hosts, very attentive and available. We loved the breakfast prepared by them!

If you're looking for a home from home, then this is the villa for you and your family/friends! This amazing spotlessly clean property is large, light and airy located up in the hills of Leiria and had everything we needed (the kitchen was extremely well equipped!!) to make our stay very comfortable. There was an assortment of games at our disposal (both indoors and outdoors) for all the family to enjoy....and we did! 🙂 The villa is a short drive from Leiria town which has a very large supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our host Luis kindly left us a selection of local fresh cakes for us upon arrival. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and before our arrival sent us lots of useful recommendations on restaurants, places to go etc. We highly recommend this accommodation and the very welcoming hospitality. Thank you Luis! Loretta and Malcolm.

We had a fantastic stay in Diogo’s lovely little place. The house had everything we needed and was well located to explore several beaches and surrounding towns. It also has a friendly cafe/bar right outside in the village square as well as a bakery. Very quiet and private in the evening and a great courtyard out the back. Everything we needed & would happily recommend.
