We loved the days at Sítio Vó Lourdes; the place is amazing, clean, cozy and super well-equipped. Laise was very helpful and answered all our questions and requests! The difference is the whirlpool with warm water on the deck ! 10-star place.

The home exceeds expectations. Perfect view, it was ideal for relaxing. It's pet-friendly, so I was able to take my girls along and they loved the tour. The street is quiet and I could easily take the pets to do their business in the surroundings. It's perfect for those who have pets and want to take them together. I also believe that this was the highlight of our stay, being close to the fireplace, with a panoramic view of the dam, with the blankets we brought and our pets. It was very cold during the stay, so we bought more firewood at the nearby market to stay warm throughout the stay. If you don't know how to light a fireplace, bring alcohol or something like that.

The house is exactly as described. It's a very quiet place for people who, like me, were looking for this peace. Helena was extremely attentive and helpful. Voltaria for sure.

Great weekend, beautiful house with great structure

The days we spent were wonderful. The house is impeccable, wonderful structure, everything of great quality. Larger space than it looks, home in a high place, with a view to the mountains, with a delicious jacuzzi. The river across the street is amazing to refresh. Overall it was a wonderful stay, Seu Nilson's reception and attention was great, very helpful. I recommend it 100% and I want to come back many times.

It is the third time we have stayed at Sítio Cascata da Serra, and the second time in the enxaimel house. It is a beautiful place, very well maintained and preserved, beautiful nature and the outdoor environments are breathtaking. The two Dalmatians complement the beauty of the place. Our group of 5 couples has residents from Blumenau, Indaial and Timbó - which means that in terms of logistics, it pleases everyone very much. As a suggestion, I would say that the accommodation could offer bed linens, towels and comforters to guests, making the stay more cozy. This way, guests would have less "baggage" to carry. Some extra sockets or adapters with small extensions would be quite useful as well. Overall, the group liked it so much that they are already planning to return in July or August this year.

A great experience for family and friends who want to relax in nature. Rustic and cozy house, with a little river that passes to the bottom where you can bathe or stay on the lawn. A tip: bring repellent and mosquito appliance.

We were at Rony's house with a group of 13 people. The place is great, a safe and quiet region, away from the center of Indaial, but within what we wanted. Rony is always helpful, responding quickly. Upon arriving at the house, we were surprised by 2 rooms isolated from the main house (when we closed the house, the people who stayed in these rooms were isolated), which we did not know. They had extra mattresses for the children who slept on the bedroom floors and in the living room. All bedrooms/living room have air-conditioning. Great barbecue area, with large table for all meals. Full kitchen. We enjoyed the fire area on the floor and the lake with a paddle boat. Good internet. We had 2 problems with showers: one of them was turned off, which the next day was fixed by the caretaker. The other shower burned the fuse, because there are other showers in the house, it didn't cause much discomfort. Rony left a wonderful cake on our arrival. We had an excellent stay! We loved the experience.

The place is spectacular. It does more than it promises. Perfect for a couple with kids. Comfortable house, beautiful view, space for bonfires, lots of woods and lush scenery. Stunning view of the city. Horses, fish, fruit trees make up the package. We'll be back.

The place is cozy and exactly matches the description. The rooms offer comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are excellent, with gas shower and great pressure. The kitchen is well equipped and has fully met our needs. The only point of attention lies with insects: even with the use of repellents, the presence is significant and may generate some discomfort. However, the owner mentioned that improvements are already being made on site, which is sure to bring even more quality to the experience. Access is a bit challenging due to dirt road conditions, but departing from Indaial they are only a few kilometers of unpaved road. In general, I recommend the stay for those who appreciate the contact with nature, but without giving up the possibility of accessing the urban environment in a few minutes.
