My place is near Downtown, nightlife, Ramiro Park, Vila Germanica. The Kitnet is simple but cozy, plus air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The internet is powerful, 600MB, fiber optic, never fails. Kitnet is close to everything, supermarkets, downtown, bars. It is a great space for couples, young people, people who are comfortable with life.
