Cabin vacation rentals in Blue Mountain

Fabulous three night stay- kayaking, fishing, walking and enjoying camp life. Great location on a beautiful lake. Well equipped kitchen and we ate all our meals in house. Great boathouse.

The cabin was so cozy with many thoughtful touches, so peaceful, so relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there. Of note - the stairs leading to the deck overlooking the lake were very steep and very narrow. My sister has limited vision and it was difficult for her to maneuver without assistance. I did not see any mention of this in the property description. The property description listed a dock, which was not in place during our stay. We paid a $300 cleaning fee and per check-out instructions, we were expected to take all our garbage and recycling to a transfer station with a permit (expired) the host supplied. We ended up loading all the garbage/recycling in our SUV and taking it home. This was a little disappointing.

Loved the lake acess and lake views from the couch and living room. The fire pit is nice to stargaze and keep the bugs away for a nice camping like experience. Was buggy due to rain so definitely bring off/bug spray or something for outside bugs. Lake was still cold but would love to come back and swim with the private water access from backyard

The house was wonderful: beautiful lake view, everything you need to cook for a crowd (we did Thanksgiving dinner there), comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. So many fun things to do in the area—we hiked but also would have swum and kayaked in warmer weather. Loved the stay!!

This cabin in the woods of the Adirondacks made a cold and rainy weekend in late May/early June cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. The Adirondacks are beautiful in any weather. My husband and I enjoyed our visit—the best way to escape life's hustle and bustle. We did a lot of relaxing, reading, listening to the stream outside the door, and enjoying the crackling of the fire. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for more. A very special place. Thank you for sharing your place with us. This was our 2nd time staying here and it felt like we were back home as soon as we got there. It’s very quiet, private, comfortable and beautiful at the cabin. Plus there is a lot to do for almost anybody in the area, especially people that like outdoor activities, this is an absolute must for snow bunnies like me too. Enjoy!

Andrew and Bonnie were perfect hosts. The cabin was everything we expected. It was a beautiful place to relax and unwind after our daily adventures. It was equipped with everything we needed as well. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying at their cabin next year.

Jake was an excellent host. My partner and I visit ADK at least once a year. This was our first time in Indian Lake and we very much enjoyed our time. The place is so neat, clean, and provided everything we needed and more. The view from the dining room was perfect to sip our morning brew and watch the sunrise or to watch the sun set with a nice cup of tea. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty to do in the area. It’s in the center of other great surrounding towns as well. We look forward to return sometime in the future. Thanks Jake!

We came up for a few nights to elope in the mountains with our two dogs. Meghan was so accommodating. This is our second time at this cabin but plan on making this our go to vacation spot when we come to Lake Placid!

The place was very beautiful! My girlfriend and I stayed a weekend at the place and the place was super clean and perfect for us two . We loved the hot tub and the paddle boats that were provided for free. The fishing was great and the bed is super comfortable. The host is very responsive and informative . We like to stay at unique AIR BNBS and like to try something different each time , but this one we would 100% do again and are already making plans to do so .

Great spot. Perfect little cabin for 1-2 people for a couple of nights. A few minutes to town, just down the road from the Ampersand Bay hand-launch on Lower Saranac Lake. And a hot tub!

Riverbend was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful weekend getaway!

This was a lovely Adirondack cabin getaway. very private and peaceful surroundings, and its just close enough (~15/20 min) to town and 25 min to Lake George. The home was clean and cozy with a fun basement full of activities and an amazing hot tub!! Uzma and Billy were very responsive throughout our visit. I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Leanne's cabin - there's sort of a waterfall running right by the backyard that is easily accessible. The wood stove kept us warm inside, while the hot tub did its job outside - we spent a lot of time in there stargazing! As others mentioned, the water in the cabin has a slightly sulfuric smell, albeit harmless - if you can't stand it, better to get some gallon jugs for drinking water. Leanne was super helpful, flexible, and responsive, we'd love to come back again if she'll have us! Also, for what it's worth, the WiFi in the cabin was super fast.

A perfect woodland escape! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature, offering complete peace and tranquility. We loved exploring the nearby trails and enjoyed every moment of our stay—highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in the woods.

Our stay at Luxe Logs was fantastic. To start, Todd shared a very comprehensive welcome guide in advance that was easy to follow and very helpful in getting acquainted with the property. Todd even proactively provided us early check-in without our asking. The property itself was wonderful and perfectly located for Adirondack activities. You really felt like you were deep in the woods, but still just a 5 minute drive to Gore for skiing and less than 10 minutes to town and restaurants. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was the perfect balance of quaint/rustic and modern/luxury. After a long day of skiing, the sitting area was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed with appliances, cookware, and probably the most spices I've seen at an AirBnB. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and we honestly couldn't think of any complaints. Would 100% stay again.

Very clean space with welcoming charm and decor. Loved falling asleep listening to the river. Loved the hammock beside the river. Enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch listening to the river rushing by. The sauna was fantastic and easy to use. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to get around to all the surrounding towns. Lots of restaurant options. Great experience all around.

The cabin was absolutely amazing. It is a very cute place to stay with plenty to do. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful and is a short drive to the hiking paths. Janelle was great to talk to she was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Janelle is very respectful and was a joy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!!

Kyle was a great host who responded quickly to any concerns we had. The instructions were very thorough, leaving no room for error or confusion. The house felt very cozy and had everything that was listed. It was definitely a great stay and will be recommending to others.

Camp Timberock is a rare find. We chose the cabin because of the unlimited options for paddling and hiking. Despite the cold temperatures, we took advantage of the area and spent a lot of time exploring. One of my favorite parts of Timberock would be the deck with the outdoor fireplace. We also appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchen, the extra blankets and the endless supply of wood for the fire. Hope to return next year!

We had a great stay! The cabin is exactly as described and perfect for those traveling with dogs. The location was close to all the activities, but felt private. We hope to return.

A cozy cabin conveniently located. It was perfect for us and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Sarah communicated before and during our stay and provided helpful information on places of interest in the area. We couldn’t travel without our dog (she is blind) and appreciated that she was welcomed at the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to visit the area. I would not hesitate to go back.

I can’t say enough how thoughtful Mark and his family were in digging my car out of the snow after GPS directed me past Marks cabin which was thoroughly plowed. Wonderful and kind people. Old school bare bones cabin perfect for a peaceful night before heading to High Peaks for hiking.
