Great location, easily accessible to main buses nearby connecting to most shops and restaurants. Was a nice quiet area with good privacy. Easily maintainable and walkable supermarkets with good parking space and many amenities in good condition available.

Love staying here! Everything was perfect and in a great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

I felt right at home everything was nice would definitely come back .

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. I over slept an hour check out day ( I was so comfy) and he was Very Nice about it !!! Can’t Thank You Enough Mathew !! TinaMarie

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ótima estadia, extremamente limpo e organizado. Juan foi um excelente anfitrião e se colocou a disposição para o que fosse necessário! Na chegada ao apartamento, o ar condicionado já estava super geladinho, o que foi uma surpresa positiva, pois em Miami estava bem quente! Roupa de cama muitos limpas e local muito limpo, recomendo!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

I felt like I was in my own home. Place was better than what I was expecting. Love the decorations, best shower ever. Very quiet and clean neighborhood, close to everything . Home is equipped with everything you need. Only disappointment was I didn’t rent it for longer time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to staying there again. This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

This is an awesome location accessible to the design shopping district. The parking is free! Most importantly the condo feels like HOME. Highly recommended.

Jason and Dave’s rental was beyond our expectations it very close to great restaurants and shopping locations. Through out our stay they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy you trip we can’t wait to come back to visit ☺️

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
