Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Log Cabin: Cozy Creekside Cabin in Great Location

We can't wait to welcome you into our Cozy Log Cabin! Nestled next to a trickling creek this is the perfect place for a little romantic getaway, fun trip with the kids, or a girls/friends trip. Settle in next to the fireplace with a good book or relax around an outdoor fire with a glass of wine at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sound of the creek. With 2 BR/2 baths this is perfect for small groups and is very centrally located to all of the nearby Lancaster County attractions.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Welcoming one bedroom apartment overlooking the Weaverland Valley in the heart of Amish country. Bright walk-out basement apartment with kitchen, open concept living and full bath. The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

Tucked into the woods of the Texter Mountain, our little home is a custom built modern getaway. Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat.
