Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The historic washhouse near the Baltic Sea

The former wash house is quietly and idyllically located in a listed estate from 1781 in the municipality of Neuburg/Northwest Mecklenburg. Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Especially in the off-season, we can enjoy the natural spectacle of migratory and breeding birds directly from our terrace. It is 800 meters to the natural beach, and all other beaches are accessible by bike. The island is perfect for families and nature lovers.

We are renting out an inviting studio apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea right on the Salzhaff in Boiensdorf. It is ideal for two people. The apartment is located in the magnificent farmhouse on the 2nd floor. It is about 40 square meters and has a small hallway in the entrance area, a bathroom with shower, an open living-sleeping area and a balcony, about 8 square meters.
