Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Blount County

Summer’s place was the perfect place for many reasons! The location was convenient but also very private, the home was clean and Summer was very responsive! She made sure I was comfortable and had all that was necessary to ensure I had a safe and pleasurable stay in her home! Thank you Summer, I do look forward to staying here again!

We absolutely loved this place! The kids especially enjoyed the pool — it was a major highlight and made the trip even more fun. The home is secluded, which gave us peace and privacy, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel extra special. The bathroom was stunning, and the sauna was such a great bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just beautiful. Although we had to travel an hour to Huntsville for our activities, we didn’t mind the drive at all because we knew we were coming back to such a wonderful home. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

House was fantastic for our family trip. The large screened in porch was a great hangout space for our crew. The dock had plenty of space for all of our floats, chairs, coolers, etc. And, having the electrical hook-up for the boat was an added bonus! Jesse was super responsive anytime we had a question, and helped make our stay enjoyable!

The place was cozy and super cute. The living room and kitchen area were beautifully done and cozy. Fav part of bedroom was the window right there at your head, you could lay awake in the morning and stare at the water. The bathroom was nice too. The outdoor living area was really nice. We spent probably 80% of our time there. Great boat dock too. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. My husband caught a nice sized bass. The fire pit area was very nice also, we sat there and watched the sunset. The landscaping and solar lights are nicely done and gave us ideas for our own home. We chose place as a mini trip for a special occasion. Thanks for a great stay!

Beth was such a wonderful host!! She came and brought us a mop within 15 minutes of me just asking if there was one in the house. She was so precious. The house was exactly as the description says. It was perfect for our family too! My husband and I both loved this house, the decorations and the porch was perfect!! The coffee station was amazing 🤩 We will definitely be coming back 🥰

We stayed at Hammocks Rest for a week during our daughter's wedding. It is a unique house that has been tastefully decorated. There is a farm house charm with an elevated feel. The rooms a spacious as we never felt cramped even with all the wedding accessories in tow Having a bedroom with a bathroom and shower on the main level was perfect for my elderly mother. She only had two steps to get into the home. The host was understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate us. There is a back patio with large table that worked well for sharing a meal. We took advantage of a relaxing front porch sitting as well. There is a peaceful area in the trees for a private vespers. We enjoyed staying at Hammock Rest and am glad our stay was long enough to appreciate the home and the work and details the owner has done to make this an extra special location.

Tucked away in a neighborhood but just blocks from downtown Cullman made this a convenient place to stay for the track meet at the high school. It is on the 2nd floor, in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend! Check in and communication was easy and this fit our needs perfectly for a quick two night stay.

Perfect place to stay for close access to Smith Lake Park. Boat trailer parking was easy right outside the front door and outside electrical hookup for batteries. Great little spot to stay at Smith Lake.

Kim's place was exactly as described. I rented it for a weekend as an anniversary present for my parents. Kim was always extremely quick to respond - both to me (at my home via app) and/or my parents (at cabin via cell). My parents found Kim's place to be clean, as well as to be quiet and peaceful, with lots of relaxing nature sounds. My dad enjoyed the use of the fish pond multiple times during their stay. They really loved the outside/community cat who stopped by to visit. All in all - an easy to work with and friendly host, fast response times, and an outdoorsy, quiet/peaceful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that we were able to bring our boat and launch from the property, great little deck that the kids were able to swim from. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in was easy with no problems. Definitely saving this property to stay again! Thanks for having us.

Cabin is sited for great views. We spent most of our time at a family lakeside house, but it was really nice to also have this quieter retreat. Jay was very responsive and accommodating.

This place is exactly as described. Very peaceful, rustic, back woods kind of feel. If you’re looking for laid back, slow paced, relaxing, etc. this is it. Private, primitive with just the right amount of necessities. We would definitely visit again!

This is a remote-style cabin at an amazing campground on the top of the highest mountain peak in the area. Views are spectacular! Campground includes campground restrooms and showers, camp store, playground AND an endless maze of natural bouldering and rock climbing. Even if you're not interested in climbing the rocks are BEAUTIFUL to hike and explore. Adorable, friendly animals including horses, goats, pigs and chickens. Cabin was clean and had power, heat and air conditioning as well as beds and linens. Campground staff is family-owned, on site 24/7 and always available to help and look out for you during your stay. We had a wonderful time exploring the rock formations, hiking, enjoying the views and sleeping in the cabin at night. If you like remote, outdoor adventures this one is a must!
