Really cute tiny house, clean and quiet with all the amenities I need. Very comfortable overall but special shout out to the great bed. I had the best sleep! Conveniently located for an event at the West Kortright Center.

We had an amazing time as the schoolhouse. Everything was immaculate in there. The host was amazing, super intentive and had alot of good recommendations. I would recommend this spot and the WInnie brook farms place to anyone!!

Kim’s Airbnb was clean, welcoming, and spacious. We had a wonderful stay, spending our days enjoying nature and exploring the nearby town of Oneonta. Relaxing on the porch was a highlight, and we had a great time during our game nights with the selection of games Kim provided. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We’ll definitely be back!

The best weekend getaway space for when you need to be one with the nature. Super secluded. The property is well maintained, the perfect balance of seclusion while having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Gerry and Don were very responsive and helpful at every stage. The space was cleaned and heated before we arrived. Both Don and Gerry were friendly and proactive. Definitely recommend staying here.
