Very flexible and responsive hosts, always available to answer questions. Great recommendations for guests and an excellent binder full of helpful tips. Lovely bottle of wine in the fridge as well as ample coffee to start our day. A super pleasant stay!!

Sherlyn was very helpful leading up to our stay. Very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we asked for an early check-in time. The space is lovely and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The home-cooked breakfast was generous and tasty. Sherlyn and David are excellent company, friendly and easy-going. Made it feel like the home was well cared for, as were we. Will happily return to Sherlyn’s Bnb for any future visits to this serene and charming part of PEC.

We had an incredible stay! Jyothi was extremely responsive and communicative with us. Check-in was very easy and the home was absolutely spotless. The king master bed was SO comfortable ! We absolutely love sitting in the back on the little deck and enjoying a glass of wine. This home is also in an excellent location and is easily walkable to the downtown streets of PEC. I would love to stay here again and it might be my new favourite spot! Thank you for a wonderful stay Jyothi!

This small apartment is perfect. It is just the right size, the roof-top patio is excellent, the furniture is extremely cozy. The best thing about this apartment is the location. It's basically smack-bang in the middle of Wellington. Is there any town in PEC that is nicer? It's literally minutes from some of the best restaurants in PEC, there's a grocery store across the road, gourmet food at Everything Variety, and a great cafe (Rise Coffee House). An excellent place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in The Caspian room. The room was comfortable and had a really unique vibe--rustic and yet every amenity was covered. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the gardens and visiting the goats, chickens and geese. Breakfast was spectacular, and thank you for the dietary accommodation. we will be back!

The kitchen features dark cabinetry and modern appliances, including a stainless-steel stove and microwave. A minimalist countertop is complemented by a sleek black faucet and a stainless-steel sink. Decorative plants are displayed on a shelf above the counter, enhancing the clean design.

Excellent parking and location. Very close to restaurants, Millenium trail, etc. Very responsive and helpful host! The only downside we felt was that you could really hear the guests in the unit upstairs. Overall a really great spot to stay in downtown Wellington! 🙂

We spent a lovely weekend at Cynthia’s place and it was wonderful. The location is great, literally the central of PEC and it’s easy and fast to go to the wineries and parks. The place is felt like home, cozy to stay in! Cynthia is also a fabulous host, easy to reach, very responsive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to stay in for a little getaway to PEC :)
