Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

It has its own entrance and offers 70 m² of living space, which is divided into two rooms with a separate kitchen and a shower room with a separate toilet. The 2nd double bed is in the eat-in kitchen. This allows parents to sit undisturbed in the living room in the evening. The living room offers a fireplace (including wood). The water is supplied via a private well.

The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
