Dette rummelige luksussommerhus er beliggende i Nordjylland syd for Skagen ved Frederikshavn. Fra boligen er der kort gåafstand til Rønnerhavnen, Palmestranden og Golfbanen. Der er fra tagterrassen en skøn havudsigt. Fra sommerhuset er der direkte sti-forbindelse til stranden med kort afstand til Frederikshavn bymidte med restauranter, forlystelser og shoppingmuligheder. Køretur til Skagen centrum er 30 minutter.

Desuden kun 10 minutters gang fra skoven. Tæt på byens hyggelige gågade og torv, hvor der er mange gode spisesteder samt musik og aktiviteter i sommerhalvåret.
