A private 7-seater hot tub and a private sauna are available with unlimited use (for a fee starting at €30/stay, regardless of the number of people) The garden has a play area + zip line + swimming pool. An inflatable structure is located in a separate part of the garden Bike paths surround the cottage, we can lend you free electric bikes + child seat

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

The entrance is in the courtyard on the left, past the tower. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, Bedroom 2 is directly accessible. Next are: kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom 1, closet room, and bathroom. To get from Bedroom 2 to the bathroom, guests have to go through Bedroom 1. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
