Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

From the house you will see the naval town Karlskrona over the water. There you can go by public transport by both bus or boat.
