The house in Blanzac is brand new, with two independent levels. You will be on the ground floor, the land being sloping. It is located at the top of the village (and not in the village as on the map). Entrance, large living room, 1 master bedroom (1.60 m bed) with ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds, with shower and sink in the bedroom. Very bright, full west, swimming pool and superb views of the countryside.

Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (stovetop, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and toaster) and a large connected TV Linens and towels are provided.

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
