For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

Sonia's place is just amazing! Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and functional. But above all the veranda, the pool, the sauna and the garden are wonderful! We had a great time at this cottage! It is in a great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. In addition, Sonia is responsive, welcoming and caring towards her guests. We highly recommend it!

A big thank you to Anaïs and Quentin for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with friends in an idyllic setting for children (and adults): games, swing, swimming pool and especially... the mini farm, with ponies and goats, which delighted children and parents in the mornings! The accommodation is beautiful and ideally located (30 min from Mont St Michel). To be repeated 1000 times. 😍

Very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well-equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for having fun! Clean house, all the necessary amenities are there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, thank you and we can't wait to come back!!!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Michaël's hosting is lovely. Smile on top of that. Easy contact. The house is ideally located for those who want to visit the landing beaches. initially, we planned to eat at the surrounding restaurants. But the facilities of the house made us want to enjoy our stay at this location. I would highly recommend this home. If you are looking for peace, tranquility, pleasant moments between family and/or friends, Michaël's house is probably the one for you. Michaël, looking forward to seeing you again.

The rental was in all respects consistent with the listing, clean and well decorated. A stone's throw from the beach and small shops, it was perfect for our weekend.

The cottage is very nice, the view superb and the layout makes you feel at home very quickly, nothing is missing for a stay in this beautiful place, there is even enough to listen to music, books, a console, in short, plenty of small touches from Lucie to make you forget the whims of the Normandy weather!

Wonderful location for peace seekers who love the sea. Various markets in the area. If you like oysters and fresh fish, this is the place to be. Cooking yourself is easy to do in the complete kitchen. Beautiful garden with seating around the house. Very friendly locals. Good bed (not unimportant). With 4 adults a bit tight but we were with 2. We had great weather and went everywhere on our e-bikes. Recommended!

We spent a week with family, very nice house (new) and very clean, quiet, near the shops of Passous, you can do everything on foot. very nice and welcoming hosts. No problem recommending.

Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. Accommodation as described, close to several starting points for hiking or biking. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was fluid.

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the place. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are several areas to stay, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for spending a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

Functional and peaceful accommodation with a large and beautiful garden, perfect for unwinding. Beautiful beaches nearby. Stay enjoyed by adults and kids

Pleasant stay and without the slightest problem. An area for improvement maybe with the addition of a WiFi connection given the very difficult connections inside the house on the Bouygues or Orange networks.

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!
