Brand new, very bright, spacious and fully-furnished apartment in modern building, located near the amazing park in Sandanski. The area is quiet & perfect for a nice vacation, suitable for kids. The apartment is located 10-12 minutes walking from the gondola and 5 minutes walking distance to the beginning of the old pedestrian street with the shops and restaurants leading to the city center. The apartment is equipped with essential amenities - laundry machine, big fridge and coffee machine, which will allow you to enjoy your stay to the maximum. The balcony is facing the slopes and has a beautiful view to the mountain.

The apartment is located in the winter center of Bansko ,at the foot of the mountain. Across the street is the main gondola lift station ,which also works during some of the summer months .From April ,when the ski season ends ,till November the area is extremely quiet and peaceful. For this period we offer to our guests free mountain bikes. This place is perfect for a couple or close friends. Ideal for skiers ,mountain bikers and mountaineers.

Located in the well-maintained "Park View" complex which is in a quiet area yet just 2 min walk to the ski path and 7-8 min walk to the gondola, offering free parking in front of the building. Max 2 adults and 1 child under 10y old. 15% weekly discount makes your 7th night entirely free!
