Fantastic place! Fabulous welcome pack. Lovely array of toiletries. So peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Only concern was that the nearby restaurant was closed.

Such a lovely flat - amazing location, just a few minutes walk to everything) and great parking. The flat itself was perfect - really clean and tidy and comfy. Rebecca was quick to answer when we had a question, and really friendly and helpful. The beds were lovely and comfy and the towels etc all really great quality. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

I had a fabulous stay at Ann's place. It's very light and airy and the space has been well thought-out. I had everything I needed. It's both private and well-located for access to the beach and other amenities. Also a great location for access to the Snowdonia National Park (I highly recommend Beddgelert), Portmeirion and the Llŷn peninsula. Ann was very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back again next year.

We were travelling to Aberystwyth to pick up our son from university. Richard’s place was only a few minutes drive to the university. Also very peaceful even though it’s on a main road. Easy drive to the beach and town centre.

Gill and Brian are superb hosts. Extremely helpful but never intrusive. The apartment is beautifully appointed and the fixtures and fittings are very high quality. It's a perfect location to explore the whole peninsula. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon. Nick & Jane.

Perfect location for exploring the area. It is also within walking distance (less then 2 minutes) from the town centre where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a beautiful park and you'll get visited by the ducks in the morning. The got tub is a very welcome extra after a long day. The hosts are fantastic, easy to contact, any questions are answered quickly, comprehensive instructions and very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. Great value for money. We will be back

Ideally situated in the middle of Llanberis parking permit included if you needed to leave car during the day free on road parking outside that flat for overnight which we mostly nice spacious flat with comfortable beds Iona was extremely helpful

Without a doubt the best air bnb we’ve stayed in. Loved the layout, was well equipped with everything we needed. Was so peaceful & private too. Most definitely be going back. Can’t wait.

From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

We had to book property at last minute. Response was quick with a message to say “give us an hour to check everything ok and get some provisions in”. We arrived very late. We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. I stayed with 3 friends and the house is absolutely beautiful. It has been decorated with tender loving care, with so much thought to the people who would be staying there, a definite home from home, we really didnt want to leave. The house is in an excellent position right in the heart of Llanberis with restaurants , cafes and takeaways within walking distance. Excellent communication with Paul and Ceri. Definitely would recommend this place you wont be disappointed. We give it 110%......we cant wait to come back and stay again.

Wow – what an unforgettable stay! This country house in Beddgelert is pure magic. Nestled in the heart of Snowdonia, the views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking – we spent every morning sipping coffee while soaking in the scenery, and every evening relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of cozy charm. It had everything we needed and more – from a fully equipped kitchen to ultra-comfy beds. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and full of great local tips, making us feel right at home. Beddgelert is such a lovely village, and the location is perfect for exploring Snowdonia – great hikes, charming pubs, and peaceful surroundings all within easy reach. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic escape – this place is a gem!

We had a lovely stay in Clare’s apartment. We were visiting Snowdonia to climb in the mountains. Clare’s home was a 20 min drive, from the heart of mountains so was perfectly located for us. Clare was very kind and responsive. We had everything we needed for a cosy stay. We were able to cook dinner and relax on the lovely sofa after our long days. The bed was also soooo soft and comfortable - the bed linen felt very luxurious. Our stay was extremely good value too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hope to return!

This flat was booked for my son & partner. The location next to the peer was perfect, and a few mins’ walk from the train station. The property was lovely, nice and clean and tastefully decorated. The coffee machine I was told was a huge hit! Iman was very accomodating, esp with a later check-in time. Would highly recommend.

Great communication/instructions from Alyson for check-in and hosting our arrival. Perfect place to stay for myself and the two young grandkids, groundfloor, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, outside space, secure parking, great loaction, the apartment has everything you need, its been extremely well thought out, tastefully decorated, was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, could not fault it, would definitely stay there again if returning to the area, a lovely cosy home from home The grandkids commented on how comfortable the beds were, we all slept extremely well, they loved their stay and didn't want to leave. The complex was very quiet even though its adjacent to a busy road, couldn't hear any road noise inside, or from other residents, it was so quiet and relaxing, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a secure parking space. Some nice touches, milk and snacks on arrival, thank you Alyson Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Llandudno area.

I would definitely recommend this flat as a great place to stay in Aberystwyth. On the seafront with stunning views but close to great restaurants and the shops. The apartment was well equipped and brilliantly appointed with all you could need to hand. Good communication too from booking to checkout.

The apartment is in an absolute beautiful location overlooking the Menai Straights and around a 10 minute drive from Bangor. The Menai Straights are literally across the road! The view from lounge and bedroom of the apartment is just stunning. The apartment is finished in a clean modern style and is well equipped. Rebecca is very helpful, quick to respond to any queries and has left plenty of information for local attractions and things to do in the area. There are plenty of places to visit and lots to do. The local pub is only a few steps away and the food when we went was first class. Definitely worth a visit. There is plenty of on street parking outside the property. We didn't have any problems getting a space. We will definitely be interested in staying there again.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the kitchen/living room area which was spacious and light with lovely decor. It was the perfect space to relax, the sofa was really comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, the rainfall shower was great, it would have been nice to have a hand held shower head too. We also enjoyed sitting in the snug/office room.

Superb location & views. A lovely touch was the provision of several breakfast items. Comfy bed & excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommended.
