Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Caboose on quiet country lane

Escape to this historic caboose outside Blackfoot, Idaho. Western Pacific No. 434 is a 1955 built bay window caboose used on the Feather River route between Utah and California. It has been updated while retaining much of the original layout. Including original cabinets, closets, and ceiling rails. Located on a quiet road 3 miles from Blackfoot and I-15. Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard.
