В аэропорту нас (пять человек) встретили. До места привезли. Дом красивый и снаружи и внутри. Фотографии это не могут передать. Территория у дома ухоженная. В доме чисто, уютно и всё предусмотренно для проживания и отдыха. Хозяева гостеприимны, предусмотрительны и постоянно на связи. Отпуск прошёл великолепно. Большое спасибо Temuri и его семье. Масса впечатлений и удовольствий от поездки. Рекомендую. Рядом горная река. Купание в ней незабываемое.

Fırat bey çok yardımsever, açıksözlü, net, her an ulaşılabilir ve anlayışlı idi. ev rüya gibiydi. evin yemyeşil bakımlı kocaman bir bahçesi vardı. havuz her zaman sıcak ve temizdi. ev yeterince geniş ve geniş olmasına rağmen evin sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. odalar geniş ve her odanın kendine ait banyosu bulunmaktaydı. sadece temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olunabilirdi, tabi doğanın içinde olması nedeniyle haşere vb olması da normal karşılanabilir. tekrar konaklamayı düşünebileceğimiz müthiş bir haftasonu kafa dinleme deneyimiydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz

11 kişilik arkadaş gurubuyla harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Daha sonrada gelecegim ve konaklayabilecegim bir yer olarak goruyorum. Ev sahibi ilgili ve sevecen birisi, guler yuzuyle samimi bir ortam olusturdu. Ev temizligi gayet yeterli duzeyde. Havuzun var olmasida eglenceyi arttirdi.

Kendi evimizde gibi hissetiğimiz huzur dolu bir tatil oldu. 4 ya da 5. Gelişimiz ve kesinlikle daha da gelmeye devam edeceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler Burak bey.

We loved our stay in this home so much, being here feels like being in a piece of paradise. We love everything about the house, the beautiful healty garden with amazing views, the nature, the location so close to the beaches. Also, the house itself has everything you would need for a vacation of a family group. It was designed and removated with so much attention to detail in a very beautiful and practical way. Everything is very clean and feels very confortable. Comunication with Magdalena and Simon was great, they gave us so many useful information about the area. They are really nice people. Thank you for the healty and also very tasty food/drinks and for having us in such a wonderful place.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The room of us was great. We stayed with razvans grandparents in the house. Which was very relaxed. they are very nice. The grandmother gave us super delicious breakfast and dinner. Which was very good, since there are no supermarkets. We have a fantastically beautiful boat trip with the neighbors.

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

Ilk defa ailecek yaylada tatil yapmaya geldik ve Metin beyin evinde çok güzel 3 gün geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Perşembe Yaylasının güzelliği ve doğası bizi hayran bıraktı. Sessiz ve sakin tatil geçirmek isteyenler için Metin beyin evini kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim.

Haftasonu için kiraladığımız daire tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Öncelikle, manzarası nefes kesiciydi ve kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir ortam sundu. Ev son derece temizdi ve içindeki eşyalar oldukça kaliteliydi, bu da kendimi adeta kendi evimdeymişim gibi hissetmemi sağladı. Ev sahibinin sunduğu imkanlar, normalde bir kiralık evde bulamayacağınız türden detaylarla doluydu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! Bu harika deneyim için ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Merci à notre hôte pour sa sympathie et sa réactivité. Le lieu est magnifique, propre et très bien entretenu, nous avons été très bien accueilli avec nos compagnons à quatre pattes. Le lieu est calme et paisible, un vrai havre de paix et proche de toutes commodités. Merci encore et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

The room was spacious and nice, the bed comforable but most of all our hosts were very welcoming. We could also have dinner there and it was delicious! The kids loved the animals and the garden. We highly appreciate our stay.

Din cameră se aud valurile, se vede răsăritul, se văd stelele noaptea. Mic dejun bogat, sănătos, local. Spațiu de relaxare la umbră în curte. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă cu noi pe tot parcursul șederii. - Un punct slab, poate singurul, deși nu ține neapărat de gazdă, este faptul că sunt gunoaie pe drumul spre plajă, pe plajă, pe lângă. Plus multe alge uscate în capătul plajei. Ar ajuta mult să fie curățată, îngrijită și oamenii să păstreze locul curat.

Great home for a weekend getaway. The house is very spacious and inviting, and the pool feels great in the summer. The location is close to local attractions such as beaches and hiking areas.

Çok güzel ve bakımlı bir bahçe içinde keyifli bir ev. Rahatınız için gereken her şey düşünülmüş. İster yemyeşil bahçede oturun, ister sonsuz denizin ayaklarınızın altında uzandığı büyük balkonda. Üstelik denizin dibindeyken nemden yapış yapış olmadan! Her sabah bize sıcacık yumurtalarını gönderen tavuklar, dünyanın en canayakın kazları, zıpır delikanlı Kangal Tork ve arkadaşları olan koyunlar bizim gibi hayvan delileri için bonus oldu. Yeşim Hanım'ın güleryüzü ve kaliteli sohbeti de cabası. Pandemi nedeniyle bu yıl da tatile gitmemeyi düşünürken iyi ki son anda burayı bulmuşuz diyerek ayrıldık. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Прекрасное время у Наргиз и ее семьи. Великолепный вид, все описанные удобства, доброжелательность Наргиз и ее семьи сделали мое пребывание в ее доме волшебным. Я бы осталась тут на долгий период, если бы могла :)

Harika bir hafta sonu deneyimi yaşadık. Sundukları imkanlar müthişti. İhtiyacımız olan her şey evde mevcuttu. Beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Huzurlu doğal bir ortam için kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir yerdi.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev tam olarak ilandaki gibi, temiz, düzenli ve her ihtiyacı karşılayacak şekilde düşünülmüş. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi, her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz

Nice property, right at the beach. Really quiet and away from the other touristic towns at the Black Sea.

Компанией из шести девушек приехали в Грузию и остановились в Батуми на два дня. Нам повезло и с погодой, и с домом где мы жили, и хозяином! Достойная гостеприимная семья, которая заботилась о нас, помогала с передвижениями и выбором мест, которые хотели посетить. Дом большой, новый и уютный, все вещи первой необходимости были на местах. Месторасположение отличное - рядом с аэропортом, но очень тихо. Есть терраса, где можно позавтракать и поужинать. Одним словом нам очень понравилось 10 из 10! Думаем вернуться осенью)
