ძალიან სასიამოვნო და მყუდრო გარემო და უსაყვარლესი კოტეჯი. აბსოლუტურად ყველაფერია რაც შეიძლება დაგჭირდეთ. ეზოში პატარა ღელე ჩამოდის და კიდევ უფრო სასიამოვმო გარემოს ქმნის, კოტეჯი სიმწვანეშია და ახლო მანძილზე ზღვის სანაპიროდან. სანაპიროც საკმაოდ მშვიდი და სუფთაა. უმთავრესად, ჰოსთი არის უზომოდ ყურადღებიანი და ყველანაირი პირობა შეგვიქმნა რომ სასიამოვნოდ დაგვესვენა, ძალიან დიდი მადლობა კიდევ ერთხელ!

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям. Удобная локация. Хозяин оставил четкие инструкции, коммуникация была понятной и вежливой. В квартире выполнен современный ремонт, есть 2 санузла, отлично подходит для семейного отдыха. Очень просторная кухня-гостиная с панорамными окнами, достаточное количество вешалок в шкафах и достаточно полотенец. Есть стиральная и сушильная машина, огромная посудомойка, духовка. Можно смело арендовать на большое количество дней и жить с комфортом! Если приедем в Батуми еще раз, с удовольствием останемся в ней снова. Из минусов - сейчас идет активная стройка рядом, но шум не беспокоит в поздние часы. Подъезд и лифты старые. На кухне не было столовых приборов (ложки, ножи, вилки), были только детские пластмассовые.

Das Meeresrauschen lag uns noch lange in den Ohren. Wir haben die Auszeit in dem kleinen Fischerörtchen sehr genossen und denken schon an den nächsten Aufenthalt. Nicht unweit mit dem Auto entfernt wäre man auch mitten im Getümmel - wer danach sucht…

Öncelikle ailecek harika bir haftasonu geçirmemizi sağlayan göl kenarında eşsiz bir yer. Ev sahibi Çağdaş bey oldukça ilgili ve evinde ihtiyaç olabilecek hatta daha fazlasını düşünmüş. Ya da şu da olsaydı dediğimiz her şey evde mevcuttu. Özellikle mangal için bahçede ayrı tezgah ve lavabosunun bulunması harika bence. Oldukça sessiz ve huzur bir dolu bir ortam. Yine geleceğiz:))

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Wohnung! Sie war sauber und gepflegt, was uns besonders mit einem Kleinkind sehr wichtig war. Die Lage direkt am Strand war einfach perfekt – es war super praktisch, morgens direkt ins Wasser zu springen oder einfach den ganzen Tag am Meer zu verbringen. Der Balkon war ein echtes Highlight und bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the apartment balcony is great!The pool is in front of it and the street to cross before you hit the sandy beach, but you can still hear the waves which was very relaxing! The host uses a property management company to directly handle everything; I have had mixed experiences with these before but KeyStay was great and on-site admin were extremely responsive and immediately came when we had an AC issue (which was more user error with the settings than an actual malfunction of the unit). The parking is convenient, makes it easy to drive to Constanța and further along the Mamaia strip that are a bit far to walk. The amenities of this building are also great and as pictured; we enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, and the sauna and indoor hot tub on the roof were a great bonus when we had a chilly day and couldn't enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation close to the Mamaia action and still relaxing!

Супер гледка, в чистчък апартамент. Обзавеждането е оскъдно. Липсва антре обзавеждане.

Тихо и спокойно място, точно от което имахме нужда. Апартамента е прекрасен с всичко необходимо и страхотна гледка от балкона, особено сутрин с чаша кафе :). Не се притеснявахме за паркиране, винаги имаше свободно място. Чувствахме се като у дома си. Комуникацията с Велислава бе отлична. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново при нея, мястото определено ни спечели.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

First of all, no words can describe how grateful we are to deal with someone kind and caring like you. The house is so beautiful everything is more than perfect and the view is really so beautiful. More importantly Gungor was really good person in your heart..thank you so much for caring and asking about my sister when we were at hospital..thank u so much for alwyas being there for us. With no doubts I will always recommend all my friends this place..not only because it is so beautiful but also because i know that I have a brother there.

Amazing place! The view is exactly as you see in the pictures, definitely will come back ! The host is extremely responsive, the place was as described!

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Meer wie auch auf den Fotos. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Jeden morgen mit Meeresblick zu erwachen ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell & auch geräumig. Sie hat eine Küche & 2 Schlafzimmer.
