Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling a stone's throw from the property. Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/grill and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gas station 2 minutes by car from the cottage.

In summer, you have nature right at your doorstep, with plenty of wonderful hiking and biking trails! 5 min walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, bowling and ski shop at Storhogna M. 15 min walking distance to Storhogna mountain hotel with luxury spa and two restaurants.

Modern sports cottage with 6 beds of about 80 sqm with a lot of a lot! Built in 2014. Nice and quiet location overlooking the valley and ski area. Close to the center of the shell (1,5 km walkway). Close to hiking trails and cross-country trails. In winter, you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Also on the ground floor, there is a sofa and TV for children and others to hang out in. Walking distance to the Björnvallen ski system where ski school and children's slopes are located. From there, you can get to the rest of Björnrike's lovely slopes. Right outside the cottage is the Adventure Trail - a beautiful and exciting hiking trail for children along a crystal clear mountain stream.

The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. Welcome to our nice, well-equipped cottage, built in 2022, in Björnrike. The cottage has a nice view of Sonfjället. Here you can relax with family and friends. Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.

Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
