Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and family-friendly space. With a view of the lake Yngaren and the meadow directly outside, the house has an undisturbed location. Located on a hill with sun all day. 150 meters to the swimming area with sandy beach, jetty and swimming raft. A well-stocked shop is available a short drive or walk away. Since we have many children in the family, the house is equipped with toys, bunk bed, travel bed etc. The house was completed in 2023. Three bedrooms 1. 210cm double bed 2. 140cm double bed 3. Bunk bed 3X90cm

Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking 18th century mill. Well-equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Cozy courtyard house with history from the 1800s. Here you will live nicely and sleep well, a perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You can charge your electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 minutes to Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 50 km to Norrköping and 100 km to Stockholm.

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.

Cabin by the water

We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Bed linens/bedding/towels are not included)
