Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away.
