The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator. Free parking outside. Garage available: 150 kr/day (fossil fuel) and 200 kr/day (electricity incl. charging). Discount for longer stays can be arranged. The apartment shares a common hallway with different entrance doors

You can easily get further via the subway which is 5 minutes away and takes you to the city center in 12 minutes. The apartment is located in a quiet, calm and very nice neighborhood with grocery stores such as Rema 1000, Meny and Kiwi a few minutes away. The apartment also has a large balcony and barbecue.

To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

CURTAINS: There is a long pole to open loft windows and close loft window curtains. Use with caution. In the main bed room: Use the pillows in the couch to block out the sun from the circular window.
