The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator. Free parking outside. Garage available: 150 kr/day (fossil fuel) and 200 kr/day (electricity incl. charging). Good sun conditions in the afternoon. Distance to the city center is 4.9 km and it takes only 10 min by subway, 12 min by car and about 50 min walking distance.

Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is in a dead end street with little traffic. There are terraces on both sides. The entrance side is facing a free area without traffic. It takes about 25 minutes by bus 31 from the city center, the bus runs 24/7. The property is close to great hiking areas in Lillomarka in summer and winter. Grefsenkollen, Årvollåsen, the throwstone and Ole Høiland's cave.
