The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator. Free parking outside. Garage available: 150 kr/day (fossil fuel) and 200 kr/day (electricity incl. charging). Discount for longer stays can be arranged. The apartment shares a common hallway with different entrance doors

The entrance side is facing a free area without traffic. It takes about 25 minutes by bus 31 from the city center, the bus runs 24/7. The property is close to great hiking areas in Lillomarka in summer and winter. Grefsenkollen, Årvollåsen, the throwstone and Ole Høiland's cave.
