Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. But in the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mom, dad, and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Centrally located in the middle of Zealand between Køge and Ringsted and with quick access to the highway to the east, west, south and north. Everyone is welcome - including craftsmen! The apartment is on the first floor. It is 112 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, dining room/living room in the same room, kitchen with small dining area and bathroom with bathtub. There are four single beds and one double bed. There is free coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as laundry soap for the entire stay.

The apartment is 60 sqm consists of entrance hall, large well-equipped kitchen, sofa nook in open connection with kitchen, where there is also a dining area. There is a TV with DVD and Chromecast. An alcove has been set up in the corner of the entrance for the 5th overnight that can be closed, and there is a closet. A Bedroom with elevation double bed and bunk bed and clothes closet. Smaller distribution hallway. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Here it is easy to find grounding and tranquility, and try the eco-village life for a few days. Just outside the door, there is a swimming lake, a football field and a playground and the opportunity to go on shorter and longer walks in the village's peace forest or in any of the surrounding forests.
