This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

In the surroundings, there are nice trails for hiking and cycling. The cottage is cozy with wooden walls indoors, visible and saved old forged details. The kitchen is of simpler standard but fully functional with stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle. Toilet with shower downstairs. Bed 90 cm lower floor. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.
